An innovative and detail-oriented Interior Design Manager with expertise in leading design teams, managing client relationships, and delivering high-quality interior solutions. Skilled in project management, space planning, and design conceptualization, with a passion for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that align with clients’ visions and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide design teams, fostering creativity and ensuring cohesive design execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs and preferences into design strategies.
• Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes that capture project requirements.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and architects to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity, adherence to safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and industry innovations to keep projects fresh and forward-thinking.

Skills & Competencies

• Space planning and 3D visualization
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Coohom, Infurnia, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Budgeting, cost estimation, and financial oversight
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles

Salary : 50,000 - 80,00

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Proven experience in interior design, with 3-5+ years in a management role
