Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Lead specializing in Solar EPC Landbased projects, located in Gurugram. The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the design and planning of utility-scale solar projects. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing detailed designs, coordinating with project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing design documentation. The role also involves problem-solving and providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical and structural design for solar projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, Helioscope, and related design software
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Project management and team coordination skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Experience in utility-scale solar projects is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
