Global Brand & Communication Design Head

Global Lead

Key Responsibilities

You will lead and collaborate across the following four global verticals:

• Branding & Packaging Design -

  Build and evolve global design systems and guidelines and lead innovation in sustainable, aesthetic packaging for products and accessories

• Visual Merchandising Design -

  Shape in-store experiences for both retail and partner formats and deliver globally aligned VM concepts that adapt to local contexts

• Fashion-forward Collections & Campaigns -

  Lead storytelling for seasonal collections and key launches and merge global fashion cues with local insights for relevant narratives

• 3D Production -

  Oversee photorealistic 3D visualizations for launches and digital campaigns and champion the use of cutting-edge 3D tools for speed and scalability

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in branding, design, or fashion communication, with leadership exposure

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in 

  brand storytelling, campaigns, and visual systems

• Ability to translate 

  fashion and cultural trends into high-impact design

• Familiarity with 

  3D design tools

   and digital production workflows
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
