1 Handle team of 12 Members ( 3 Layer x 4 Teams)
2 Software Knowledge: 2D Auto CAD/3D Solid works & Inventor & MS Office
3 Understanding Project requirement & Project Planning for SPM Machines
4 Coordination with Team leader & release of BOM thru ERP
5 Assembly Check list preparation with Team leaders
6 Supporting Stakeholders for required Design data Like Drawings, Laser cutting
Profiles, 3D Models & Assembly Drawings
7 Part Drawing checking as per Design finalized
8 Attending Daily Production meeting & plan Priority tasks
9 Assembly Coordination & Updations during Machine building. Machine Manual
preparation with team as per schedule
10 Coordinating with Design Outsource team & complete assigned task with in time
11 Weekly/Monthly report preparation for Team & Team evaluation
12 Outsource Invoice follow-up & Clearance
13 Coordination with IT Executive for any issues related team Systems.
14 Coordination with Sales team for Machine floor plan finalizations & Spares for post
sales
15 Coordination with Electrical Automation team for Mechanical support & Data
exchange
16 Experience: Worked in Design department 12 to 15 years
17 Preference: Retired as Deputy Manager/Manager in Design Department
