6.- Qualification :- B.Tech.- Mech.

ob Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle New Product Development (NPD) from concept to final release.
• Develop 3D & 2D models, drawings, BOM & technical documentation for sheet metal components.
• Conduct product feasibility study, design validation & cost estimation.
• Modify & improve designs based on production/assembly and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with production, quality, tool room & vendor teams for prototype and product development.
• Perform DFMEA and design review for new components.
• Ensure accuracy as per GD&T, tolerance stack-up & engineering standards.
• Support prototype trials, testing & continuous improvement projects.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in Sheet Metal Design & understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Mandatory software skills – SOLIDWORKS (3D Design & Drafting).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (added advantage).
• Good understanding of press shop, tooling & fabrication.
• Knowledge of BOM preparation & ECN handling.
• Good analytical, problem-solving & communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
