Job Description

Position -Design Engineers Education 1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical engineering Technical Skills 1. Proficiency in CAD design tools (AutoCAD ,SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Draft sight). 2. Experience with simulation and analysis tools ( FEA, thermal analysis etc). 3. Strong understanding of design principles, materials science, and Mft processes. 4. Familiarity with industry-specific design standards and regulations. Soft Skills 1. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 3. Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers. 4. Effective project management and time management skills. 5. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies. Experience 1. Minimum 7-15 years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on machinery development. 2. Proven track record of successfully leading design projects from concept to production. 3. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering and quality. Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinate and support in design projects from concept to production. 2. Develop and maintain detailed design specifications and documentation. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. 4. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers. 5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person
