Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Trainer. The FEA Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training modules on finite element analysis, assisting in curriculum development, and providing support to trainees. The trainer will also conduct practical sessions, assess trainee progress, and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques and software Experience in developing training materials and delivering educational content Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Proficiency in using digital platforms for remote training Experience with engineering simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred Previous experience in training or teaching roles within the engineering sector is a plus
