Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Trainer. The FEA Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training modules on finite element analysis, assisting in curriculum development, and providing support to trainees. The trainer will also conduct practical sessions, assess trainee progress, and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) techniques and software Experience in developing training materials and delivering educational content Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback Proficiency in using digital platforms for remote training Experience with engineering simulation software such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or similar tools Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred Previous experience in training or teaching roles within the engineering sector is a plus
We are looking for a Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Creo and AutoCAD for 3D modeling, drafting, and product design activities. The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings of drilling tools and components, supporting manufacturing teams, and ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify 2D drawings and 3D models using Creo and AutoCAD. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM). Support product development, prototyping, and improvement projects. Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Conduct design reviews and incorporate required modifications. Maintain proper documentation and drawing version control. Assist in design validation and testing coordination when required.
