Role Overview: We are looking for a talented Design Engineer with a strong background in Reverse Engineering to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting 3D scanned data into accurate, parametric CAD models and delivering precise design modifications tailored to client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Process 3D scan data (mesh/point cloud) using tools like Geomagic Design X, SolidWorks, or Siemens NX Generate CAD models from scanned data for manufacturing or design optimization Apply GD&T, surface modeling, and tolerance analysis Collaborate with scanning engineers, project managers, and clients to understand design intent Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and alignment with customer specifications Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and presentations Required Skills: Proficiency in reverse engineering software such as Geomagic Design X , SolidWorks , CATIA , or Siemens NX Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, CAD modeling, and engineering drawings Familiarity with 3D scanning workflows and file formats (STL, PLY, etc.) Knowledge of GD&T, ISO standards, and engineering principles Ability to work independently and manage project timelines Preferred Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Design Engineering Experience working on automotive, aerospace, or precision components Hands-on experience with 3D scanning tools (e.g., FARO, Artec, API, Creaform) is a plus Strong analytical skills and attention to detail What We Offer: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects across diverse industries Hybrid work environment with flexibility and ownership Collaborative and supportive team culture Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.
