Experience

• Freshers

• Experience in sheet metal and weldments for DFM
• Hand calculations for sizing structural members, fasteners, etc.
• Hands-on experience in drive lines, engines, etc.
• Conceptual design knowledge & understanding of manufacturing processes
• Conceptual design → 3D Modeling → Manufacturing drawing creation
• Strong design background & exposure to product development
• Knowledge of GD&T, ANSI standards & AWS
• Designing supporting structures for cone crushers, vertical shaft (VSI), vibrating screens
• Designing walkways, railings & ladders for screens and cone crushers
• Preparing layouts as per customer requirements
• Design & assembly of belt conveyors
• Site visits to understand machine conditions
• Detailing part drawings & forming GA drawings in AutoCAD

Qualification

• Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering
