We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and a commitment to accuracy and integrity. Looking for Male Candidate Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update general ledger accounts. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Process payments, invoices, and staff reimbursements. Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collection and payment. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory laws (e.g., GST, TDS, Income Tax). Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Maintain accurate records. Generate MIS reports for management review. Stay up to date with current financial regulations and best practices. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com / M.Com preferred). 25 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally). Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling GST/TDS filings and statutory compliance.

Job Purpose To ensure efficient and reliable operation of all electrical, electronic, and automation systems within the crankshaft machining shop. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, SPM, and PLC-based machines to achieve maximum equipment uptime and support smooth production operations. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, HMC, and SPM machines used in crankshaft machining operations. Diagnose and rectify faults in PLC systems, servo drives, motors, control panels, and sensors. Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick restoration of production. Maintain and update electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and machine documentation. B. PLC & Automation Systems Hands-on experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and modification (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Fanuc). Perform minor program logic changes, interlock modifications, and system improvements. Interface PLCs with CNC systems, HMIs, and automation networks. C. Electrical Systems & Safety Maintain shop floor electrical panels, power distribution, and safety interlocks. Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and statutory norms. Plan and implement energy conservation measures and preventive maintenance schedules. D. Continuous Improvement & Support Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for repetitive electrical and automation issues. Participate in TPM, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities. Support production and engineering teams for new machine installations and process upgrades. E. Documentation & Reporting Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and history cards. Record breakdown analysis, spare parts usage, and corrective actions. Prepare monthly maintenance and downtime reports for management review. 3. Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized institute/university. 4. Experience Required 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in machine shop maintenance (preferably in crankshaft or automotive component manufacturing). Must have exposure to PLC-based automation systems, CNC controls, servo and drive systems. 5. Technical Skills PLC Systems: Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Delta CNC Controls: Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi Drives & Motors: Yaskawa / Schneider / Siemens / Fanuc Software: AutoCAD Electrical / EPLAN (for schematic reading & modification) Knowledge of sensors, encoders, relays, VFDs, control panels, and industrial communication protocols 6.
