Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Execute design and drafting tasks using CAD/SolidWorks for signage and furniture projects
• Develop design drawings, technical specifications, and BOMs
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to convert design to reality
• Prepare proposals, client presentations, and technical drawings
• Ensure design accuracy, adherence to technical standards, and quality requirements
• Support revisions post-feedback and coordinate across-teams for Execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in design engineering or industrial design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software
• Strong technical drawing capabilities and understanding of fabrication/manufacturing workflows
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication able to present design concepts clearly and collaborate across teams
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent

Ideal Candidate:

• Demonstrated experience in design-to-production handover
• Revised and refined drawings based on client requirements & execution feedback
• Industrial or commercial design experience relevant to furniture or signage roles & responsibilities
