Role & responsibilities Provide leadership to the corporate finance team. Lead and manage monthly and annual accounts finalization, audits (Internal, Statutory, and Governmental) and follow up, Identify & implement appropriate occasions of determining tax treatments to ensure compliance and regular filing of returns under Indirect and Direct tax laws, and Tax assessments and inspections by Government. Preferred candidate profile CA or MBA (Finance) with 10+ years of relevant experience or MBA (Finance) with 15+ years of relevant experience. Fluency in written and spoken English. Demonstrate leadership qualities and be willing to take a hands on approach. Excellent people skills, able to motivate and develop teams. Trustworthy, able to deal with confidential information.
