Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Oversee the recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational demands.
Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance, including performance management and development strategies
Foster and maintain positive employee relations by promptly addressing queries and concerns while facilitating effective communication between management and employees.
Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies to uphold a fair and safe working environment.
Conduct exit interviews and analyse the results to improve retention strategies.
Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain precise employee records and HR documentation.
Undertake other duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration, or a related field.
4-8 years of relevant experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
