Mandatory Skills
• Proficient in Creo Design tool with plastic design Part creation, Drafting, Assemblies and design tables.
• Develop and implement best practices for plastic manufacturing processes, including injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding.
• Design plastics or injection-mold fabrication processes.
• Hands on experience in concept development and Continuous Design Improvement.
• Engineering documentation includes bills of material, test specifications, lab reports.
• Experience in understanding engineering workflow & PLM system (Windchill).
• Good Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack up.
• Good Knowledge in manufacturing processes (plastic design, manufacturing) and design codes
• DFMEA and design validation plan.
• Responsible for new product technical feasibility study, Design review, DVP etc.
Tools : Auto CAD, Creo Solid works.
