Designers - BIW Welding Fixtures
1. Designing of BIW welding fixtures
2. 3D finish
3. 2D Layout & detailing
4. Assemble Line/Transmission Line
5. Should be capable of detailing in NX1819 and above.
6. Should have an excellent working knowledge of NAAMS standards and their use in design should be capable of making minor changes to 3D CAD based on checker changes Should be capable of preparing layouts and BOM.
7. Should be capable of running checkmate and other GM toolkit macros.
1. BIW Detailing to GM/NAAMS standards
2. Automotive Assembly Tools – Sub-Assembly tools and Mainline assembly tools
1. Design experience in BIW welding fixtures
2. Good knowledge of manufacturing and assembly process
3. Exposure to multiple tools will be an added advantage
4. Experience in projects for US based Automotive OEM standards
5. UG NX Detailing using GM Toolkit.
