We are looking for a skilled Fire Protection Design Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare fire protection system drawings for hazard areas
• Review fire sprinkler & fire alarm contractor shop drawings and give written comments
• Conduct field surveys, inspections & acceptance testing
• Prepare reports, letters, memos and TD submittal documents
• Raise material requisitions and track material status
• Perform hazardous material assessments
• Analyse engineering sketches, specifications & related data
• Coordinate design changes, scheduling & resolve technical issues
• Handle sprinkler design criteria, hydraulic calculations, fire pump selection & alarm layout
• Provide training after project completion
Requirements:
• Experience in fire protection / MEP design preferred
• Knowledge of fire alarm & fire sprinkler systems
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents
