ο Manage all functions of supply chain.
ο Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
ο Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
ο Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
ο Negotiate with vendors for optimum purchase rates without compromising quality of material.
ο Develop new vendors along with maintaining existing one.
ο Maintain strong working relationships with vendors.
ο Review purchasing agreements with vendors and maintain open lines of communications with those vendors.
ο Determining purchasing needs.
ο Provide timely supply of material to various projects.
ο ERP handling.
ο Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
ο Report generation as required from time to time.
ο Any graduates with degree / Diploma in materials management.
ο 6-9 yearsβ experience in handling project purchases. Experience in Pipe, fittings & hardware purchase if preferred.
ο Good communication skill.
ο Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
ο ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
ο Should be Patient by nature
ο Should have Good Grasping power & multitasking.
ο Should be able to work under pressure.
