Design Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join our fast-paced eCommerce team. You will be the central point of coordination between the design and marketing teams, ensuring design accuracy, workflow efficiency, and timely task delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the design team to manage daily tasks and ensure timelines are met.
• Proofread design deliverables against content sheets to ensure brand consistency and accuracy.
• Identify design errors or mismatches and ensure they are corrected before final submission to the marketing team.
• Work closely with the panel to ensure day-to-day design operations are streamlined for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records and task logs using Click Up or similar project management tools.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure smooth task execution and updates.

About You

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a design coordination or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools, especially Click Up.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with a keen eye for quality assurance in design and content.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with design or marketing teams in an eCommerce or creative agency setup.
• Familiarity with basic design terminology and tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Figma) is a plus.
• Background in quality control or content proofreading will be an advantage.
