Design Coordinator

As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Design Coordinator based in Thane, you will be responsible for coordinating design activities and fostering collaboration among different teams involved in projects. Your primary duties will include acting as a liaison between architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure accurate design implementation throughout all project phases. Your role will also involve reviewing and approving drawings to guarantee compliance with project specifications, building codes, and relevant regulations. Furthermore, you will be required to facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure the timely achievement of project milestones. Monitoring project progress and addressing design-related issues will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your problem-solving skills will come into play as you provide solutions to ensure the seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a B.Arch or M.Arch degree and possess experience in Residential projects. Additionally, having a Project Management degree or background would be advantageous in fulfilling the requirements of this position.,
