Job Title: Design Associate (Autocad)

Reporting to: Engineering Head

1. shall have minimum 7-8 years Total Work experience on reputed AutoCAD Software with at least 1-2 years Data Center MEP experience
2. Person must be well verse with the various MEP services used in Data Center.
3. Well versed in drawing preparation including Schematic drawings, P&IDs, Ducting drawing with basic sizing calculations, SLDs, Layout etc.
4. Person shall be aware of the Standards used for data Center Application and MEP Services
5. Person has to station in our designated place with desktop/Laptop.
6. Manage and coordinates BIM standards development, implementation and quality on all related files and models.
7. Provide CAD drafting/BIM modeling support
8. Develop BIM plans and understand the scope of work for subcontractors
9. Knowledge of MEP services sequencing and route finalization.
10. Demonstrates a strong understanding of constructions workflow processes and priorities
11. Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects while being able to successfully meet the requirements
12. Manage BIM project benchmark to meet project deadlines.
13. Contribute to documentation, dissemination and monitoring of standards best practices, and industry advancement
14. Review submittals, specs and drawings
15. Services co-ordination discussions with Technical team members from Electrical-Mechanical Subject Matter Experts for Revit reviews for use by the project team including electronic document filling and all other facets of the electronic drawings and/or model
16. Fluency in the current version of AutoCAD software.
17. Clash detection needs to be carried out before releasing any drawing and drawing modification accordingly.
18. Fluency in reading 2D plans electronically or hard copy
19. Fluency in Autodesk, Autodesk Design Review of layout and design.
20. Fluency for importing documents, such as spread sheets, photos, images and word processing files and draw Schematic drawing
