Key Responsibilities

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Create custom apparel designs from concept to completion for varied client needs (collegiate, corporate, influencer, and more)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional team members
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Refine concepts and artwork to meet high-quality standards (unlimited revisions, client-first!)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Prepare design files for production (vectorization, digitization, and application for embroidery/print)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Stay ahead of trends and contribute fresh ideas to the Doughboy Depot creative direction
  

Requirements

• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> 3+ years professional experience in graphic or apparel design (portfolio required)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva; experience with embroidery digitization tools is a plus (Wilcom, Hatch, etc.)
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Strong ability to translate ideas/themed concepts into creative, production-ready artwork
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Demonstrated teamwork, attention to detail, and proactive communication
• p]:pt-0 [&>p]:mb-2 [&>p]:my-0"> Availability for real-time collaboration during 9am–6pm EST (7:30pm – 4:30am IST)
