Role Overview

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, copywriting, UI/UX, tech) to ensure seamless execution of deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and address roadblocks early by identifying risks and driving resolutions.

Quality Control & Delivery

• Review deliverables for alignment with project goals, client expectations, and brand guidelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs while managing revisions and feedback cycles efficiently.

Research & Strategic Support

• Conduct research to support project strategy, content development, and new business pitches.
• Assist in building communication strategies, presentation structures, and client proposals.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of project requirements, client feedback, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, meeting notes, and documentation for internal and client-facing use.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Lead internal discussions, team meetings, and creative reviews as needed.
• Facilitate smooth collaboration across teams and foster a culture of accountability and clarity.
• Participate in brainstorming, offering ideas and strategic recommendations to elevate project outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design Management, Social Sciences or related fields from a reputed institution
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to build consensus and manage multiple stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus
• Understanding of branding, design workflows, or creative production processes is highly preferred
