Key Responsibilities: * Promote and generate demand for our dermatology-focused nutraceutical products among dermatologists and skin clinics. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals. * Conduct product presentations, detailing, and scientific discussions to drive prescriptions. * Execute sales strategies and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. * Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the marketing team. * Ensure effective territory management and timely reporting of field activities through CRM tools or daily call reports. * Organize and participate in doctor engagement programs, CMEs, conferences, and promotional events. * Collaborate with the marketing and product management teams to implement campaign strategies and promotional materials effectively. Candidate Requirements: * Minimum 3 to 5 years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry, specifically dealing with dermatologists. * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharma preferred) or Life Sciences. * Strong understanding of dermatological conditions and the benefits of nutraceutical interventions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. * Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized. * Familiarity with the Delhi healthcare market, especially skin clinics and dermatology networks.
