Deputy Vice President - Sales

You will be responsible for strategizing, leading, and executing sales for assigned real estate projects. This role demands a strong focus on target achievement, team leadership, customer relationship management, and alignment with project-specific business objectives. Develop and implement the overall sales strategy for the assigned project(s) to meet revenue and inventory movement goals. Lead and manage the on-site sales team to ensure high performance, motivation, and achievement of targets. Drive direct and channel partner sales through lead generation, site visits, and structured follow-ups. Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns tailored for project visibility and lead conversion. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales tactics accordingly. Represent the company during customer interactions, negotiations, and deal closures ensuring high satisfaction levels. Ensure proper documentation, booking process, and timely CRM updates for all prospects and customers. Provide regular sales performance reports and business intelligence to senior management. Preferred candidate profile MBA/PG with 15+ years of sales experience with clear focus on top line; retail sales development background preferred Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
