Job Description

Job Purpose

Structuring, drafting and negotiating of documentation.

Advise on legal issues relating to consumer lending, credit cards, insurance, and other retail lending products and services.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiation of agreements relating to outsourcing, service provider, collaboration NDAs, drafts relating digital initiatives etc.

Prepare standard documentation templates, review and update the same from time to time.

Drafting and vetting of T&Cs relating promotional offers.

Advise the business team on legal issues and risks based on the applicable laws, regulatory guidelines and companys policy.

Co-ordinate with Inhouse Legal team of Bajaj Finance Limited for any advise/opinion on varied matters.

Provide timely and sound advice on legal and contractual issues to internal clients on day to day basis.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Experience in contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Existing proficiency in Microsoft Office software products including Internet, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Should have worked in a process oriented environment.

4 years PQE, preferably in Banking & Finance Industry or any Corporate.
