Bajaj Finance is looking for a performance-driven Deputy Sales Manager to lead secured lending growth in the Mangaluru region. The role involves sourcing quality leads, managing DSAs, handling field sales, and driving business for secured business loans, LAP, mortgage loans, and home loans.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and close leads for secured business loans, LAP, mortgage loans, home loans, and business loans.
  
• Manage, expand, and train the DSA network for consistent lead generation.
  
• Conduct client meetings, field visits, and on-ground sales activities.
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable secured loan products.
  
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and documentation teams for smooth file processing.
  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and maintain portfolio quality.
  
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–3+ years of experience in secured loans (LAP, mortgage, home loans, secured business loans).
  
• Strong knowledge of loan processes, credit norms, and documentation.
  
• DSA/channel management experience is mandatory.
  
• Strong field sales background.
  
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.
  
• Target-focused with a self-driven mindset.
