Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Source new business for
secured business loans
through DSAs, connectors, and open market activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with
DSA partners
to ensure consistent business flow.
Conduct customer meetings and verify loan requirements, documentation, and eligibility.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets with a focus on quality sourcing.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.
Explore untapped market segments and enhance loan penetration in the assigned territory.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Business Loans
.
Prior
field sales experience
is mandatory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Good understanding of the
local market
and established
DSA/connector network
.
Graduate degree or higher in business, finance, or a related field.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
