Deputy Sales Manager Secured Business Loans

Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Generate business for
secured business loans
through DSAs, connectors, and open market sourcing.
Build and manage strong
DSA/connector relationships
to drive consistent loan disbursals.
Conduct customer interactions to evaluate financial needs, verify documentation, and process loan applications.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
while ensuring portfolio quality.
Maintain compliance with company policies, credit norms, and audit requirements.
Perform regular field visits to identify new opportunities and improve market reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in
Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage, or Secured Business Loans
.
Mandatory
field sales experience
with a focus on secured products.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with
Lucknow’s local market
and existing
DSA/connector network
.
Graduate or higher degree, preferably in finance, business, or commerce.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
as per company standards.
