Position Overview:

Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for secured loan products such as

  LAP, Home Loans, and Mortgage Loans

  .
• Conduct

  field visits

  , client meetings, and loan consultations to ensure quality business acquisition.
• Achieve assigned

  monthly and quarterly sales targets

  through effective planning and execution.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, channel partners, and builders.
  
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan processing and disbursement.
  
• Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Finance preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in

  secured loan sales

  (Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan).

• Age Limit:

  Up to 35 years

  .
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the secured loan segment.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong understanding of local markets, customer profiles, and financial documentation.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
