Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for

  Secured Business Loans

  through direct field visits and local networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly

  sales targets

  for secured loan products.
• Conduct customer financial assessments and assist in completing loan documentation.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams for credit evaluation and loan disbursement.
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
  
• Identify potential markets, analyze competition, and share feedback with management.
  
• Maintain compliance with company policies, KYC, and regulatory standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
  

• 2–6 years of experience

  in

  secured loan sales

  (LAP, mortgage loans, or secured business loans).
• Strong understanding of local market dynamics in

  Ramanagara and nearby regions

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for field sales.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
