Position Overview:

Deputy Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for unsecured loan products (Personal & Professional Loans).
  
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and follow-ups to ensure business conversion.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
  
• Work closely with credit, operations, and customer support teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  
• Maintain accurate sales reports and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

• Experience:

  Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in sales of

  unsecured loans / personal loans / professional loans

  .
• Proven track record in field sales and achieving targets.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
