Deputy Sales Consultant

As an Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the senior consultant in various tasks to ensure successful coordination and execution of fieldwork assignments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the development of project plans, gathering necessary documentation, and liaising with client staff to facilitate smooth project execution. - Visiting clients" sites to observe operations firsthand and gain insights for sales strategies. - Developing knowledge of sales strategies and participating in the drafting of reports for review by the senior consultant. - Conducting data gathering activities, including financial and non-financial data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and honing interviewing and observation skills. - Assisting in the analysis and preparation of recommendations aimed at driving sales growth for clients. - Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through detailed work plans and meeting minutes. - Leading primary and secondary research efforts to derive insights for problem-solving. - Contributing to problem-solving and ideation processes, utilizing various frameworks and validating hypotheses. - Creating reports and tools to assess project effectiveness and documenting key learnings for future reference. - Providing support to team members and other organizational units as needed, going beyond individual deliverables. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business. - 3+ years of experience in sales consulting or business intelligence. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization abilities.,
