Deputy Project Manager

Project Execution

• Supervise daily civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
  
• Ensure work is as per schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.

Team Management

• Guide engineers, supervisors, and staff.
  
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct review meetings.
  
• Promote site safety awareness.

Quality Control

• Follow checklists and drawings for civil, MEP, and finishing works.
  
• Conduct inspections and take corrective action when needed.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain site records and material reports.
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
  
• Support BOQ and work schedule preparation.

Coordination

• Liaise with consultants, contractors, architects, and clients.
  
• Assist Project Manager in approvals and meetings.

Other Duties

• Ensure material availability with purchase team.
  
• Support cost/time optimization through value engineering.
  
• Assist in project closeout, testing, commissioning, and handovers.

Requirements

Education:

• B.Tech/Diploma. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

Experience:

• 8–10 years in civil construction (residential/high-rise preferred).
  
• Minimum 3 years in supervisory or assistant project management roles.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in structural works, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
