Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer (Deputy Project Manager) to support and assist in leading our high-rise/residential construction projects. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple project functions — including structural works, MEP integration, finishing, quality management, and site supervision.

As the right hand to the Project Manager, the candidate will play a key role in ensuring timely execution, cost efficiency, and delivery of projects to the highest quality standards.

Project Execution

Supervise daily civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
Ensure work is as per schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.

Team Management

Guide engineers, supervisors, and staff.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and conduct review meetings.
Promote site safety awareness.

Quality Control

Follow checklists and drawings for civil, MEP, and finishing works.
Conduct inspections and take corrective action when needed.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain site records and material reports.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.
Support BOQ and work schedule preparation.

Coordination

Liaise with consultants, contractors, architects, and clients.
Assist Project Manager in approvals and meetings.

Other Duties

Ensure material availability with purchase team.
Support cost/time optimization through value engineering.
Assist in project closeout, testing, commissioning, and handovers.

Requirements

Education:

B.Tech/Diploma. in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred).

Experience:

8–10 years in civil construction (residential/high-rise preferred).
Minimum 3 years in supervisory or assistant project management roles.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in structural works, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
