Deputy Project Manager

As a Civil Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience in construction of roads and highways, including 4 to 6 years of administrative experience heading complete projects, you will play a crucial role at Jalan Infrastructure LLP in Bhubaneswar. Key Responsibilities: - Planning, reviewing, designing, and certifying drawings for roadways, streets, and drainage systems. - Conducting field inspections of projects, engineering plans, reports, specifications, and contract documents. - Managing various aspects of design projects and engineering programs, including cost estimates, construction plans, contract documents, material specifications, and acquisition of right of way and easements. - Utilizing extensive knowledge of market research, effective tendering, quantity survey, rate analysis, and bill of quantity. - Supervising site managers, prioritizing tasks and projects, monitoring work, evaluating performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Qualifications Required: - B. Tech./ B.E. in Civil Engineering - Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles and surveying, modern design methods, project management practices, and relevant policies and standards. - Experience in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and bill of quantity preparation.
