Responsibilities

Budget Management: Driving the financial and budgetary control of the projects.
Project Execution: Ensuring project execution at a specific time and defined costs.
Customer Management: Ensuring coordination with stakeholders of project for smooth execution.
Assessment of project risk, issues and mitigating it.
Vendor Management: Responsible for vendor management, budgeting of project and inter department coordination at HO level.
Project controlling, key bridge between Director and Site, Key decisions and company policy implantation at site.
Customer Management.
Manage Stakeholders and Compliances.
Link between Site and HO.
