1. Knowledge of ABB DCS Symphony Harmony with skill set of understanding & building logics, Tag database creation, Tag Building in HMI.
2. Verification of software checks regarding ABB DCS Symphony Harmony system & shall take immediate action at site regarding any problem of software patches.
3. EWS Server & PGP application checks and sorting out the problems at site related to software, hardware etc.
4. Historian server checks and sorting out the problems at site related to software, hardware etc.
5. Performance analysis of each and every BRC-300/400controller with suitable corrective actions & report.
6. Redundancy checks for the Communication Network modules and other redundant modules and NIS/NPM controllers also.
8. Corrective/ Breakdown Maintenance/Preventive Maintenance Compliance
9. Calibration Accuracy/Error Rate
Number of Instrumentation Failures / Trips.
