Responsibilities: * Monitor turbine performance and troubleshoot issues * Collaborate with maintenance team on repairs and upgrades * Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Role & responsibilities a) To do regular walk-by inspections and review Shift / Daily / weekly Operation Parameters b) To attend Daily / Monthly Department & Customer meetings. c) Ensure implementation of safe work practices of various equipment's like, boiler, turbine, Ash Handling, coal handling plant, cooling tower, feed water pumps, DM plants, etc. d) To analyze all operation data with respective standards and log all deviations and report to HOD - Operation. e) Ensure proper coal flow from Bunkers and timely filling of bunkers. f) Ensure proper plant operation w.r.t. coal quality. g) Log all shift defects in Defect Register or any other software. h) To prepare all required shift reports. i) To resolve employee issues operational problems to the extent possible and inform to higher level. j) To assist HOD - Operation in preparing monthly Shift schedules for entire Operation team k) To prepare SOPs for all equipment / process operations. l) To focus on Aux. Power consumption. m) Calculation of losses effecting plant performance. n) To understand and able to perform all emergency operations. o) Work permit for all jobs Preferred candidate profile What you'll do Required for CFBC based Captive Power Plant Designation: SHIFT INCHARGE (BOE Candidate) Location: CHITTAPUR-KARNATAKA Qualification: B. Tech/ B.E/ Diploma Experience: 4-8 Years (Experience in CFBC Boiler Operation is must) (Only candidates with Relevant work Experience should apply)
