Role Purpose

• Financial analysis experience with understanding of GAAP is required: ability to bring out the story and color behind the numbers
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred
• Experience working in the budget, forecast, plan cycle, Must possess advanced knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques and best practices, Must have some knowledge of international business.
• Ability to take a set of financial data and quantitatively report and qualitatively summarize business risks and opportunities to senior management.
• Must have a thorough understanding of financial/business analysis techniques
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, management skills, strong work ethic, consensus gathering skills, organizational skills
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point required.
• Working knowledge of business performance management software required: Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) (or similar reporting tools) preferred.
• Solid analytical and reasoning abilities required: ability to manage company-wide forecasting and budgeting processes in a global environment.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities

• Experience in handling large consolidation files, ability to work under challenging timeline and smart team player to work with multi country finance team

Qualification and Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of experience, preferably in Pharma/Manufacturing company. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
