Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Talent and Learning plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing initiatives that foster employee growth, enhance organizational capability, and drive talent retention.
  • You will partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify talent needs, curate/develop learning solutions, and support critical talent processes (performance, succession, engagement).
  • This role will architect and execute strategies to develop leadership capabilities, enhance employee skills, and future-proof our workforce. You will partner with senior leaders to align talent development with business goals, foster a culture of continuous learning, and elevate organizational performance through scalable programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive succession planning, high-potential identification, and career pathing frameworks.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and performance calibration sessions with business leaders.
  • Enhance employee experience through development-focused feedback culture.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed learning into workflows.
  • Benchmark industry trends and integrate innovative solutions (AI, VR, social learning).
  • Manage vendor relationships (coaching, content providers, tech platforms).
  • Lead end-to-end learning programs: onboarding, leadership development, DEI training, technical upskilling.
  • Curate/customize content (eLearning, workshops, coaching) leveraging modern methodologies (microlearning, gamification).
  • Oversee the LMS (Learning Management System) and digital learning ecosystem.
  • Design and implement the Talent & Learning roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Diagnose organizational capability gaps and develop interventions (e.g., leadership pipelines, upskilling programs).
  • Measure ROI of learning initiatives via KPIs (e.g., engagement, retention, performance lift).
  • Evaluate learning effectiveness (L1-L3) and report on ROI/metrics
  • Curate external learning resources and vendor partnerships.
  • Support the development and tracking of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for key talent.
  • Assist with HR projects, new initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

MBA with 5-10 yrs of work experience.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Instructional design & facilitation.
  • Talent management (succession, HiPo programs).
  • LMS administration & learning tech (e.g.Percipio)
  • Data-driven decision-making (analytics, KPIs).
