About the role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, source, and hire top talent across various departments. Your expertise will contribute directly to our companys success by building high-performing teams and enhancing our employer brand. Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications Create and post compelling job descriptions on job boards, social media, and internal platforms Source potential candidates through databases, social media, and networking Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process Extend job offers and negotiate terms in collaboration with HR Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire) and generate reports Assist in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and campus hiring drives Stay updated, recruitment trends, and best practices Must have hands on experience in sourcing through Naukri.com and other similar platforms Candidate Requirements Masters Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 9 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases Strong sourcing techniques through various platforms including job websites, social media, open market reference etc. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment High level of integrity and professionalism
