Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Manage lead generation and ensure CRM and reporting systems are updated accurately.
Lead, guide, and develop the sales operations team.
Coordinate client factory visits and presentations before order finalization.
Support sales leadership during expos, solar business meets, and industry events.
Prepare and submit reports as per company processes.
Support in lead closing and order finalization.

Preferred candidate profile:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
Leadership and people management abilities.
