Job Description

Role & responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve system performance. Assist in the implementation and post-implementation support of D365 Business Central. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to D365 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, etc.). Strong understanding of D365 BC modules and workflows. Experience with report generation tools (e.g., Power BI, Jet Reports). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central support and implementation. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate. Experience in integrating D365 BC with third-party applications. Knowledge of SQL and AL programming languages is an advantage.
