Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Motor Insurance professional with 4 years or more experience in motor insurance sales. Key Responsibilities: Will be the primary point of contact between the sales team & the supplier relations team, ensuring smooth coordination. Will make Calls with the Sales Team of 4 states Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala & Tamil Nadu to take stock of Insurer wise numbers. Collate relevant information and share it with relevant stakeholders for addressing issues impacting / enabling sales numbers. Monitor Target vs Achievement & help in bridging gaps in achievement of targets Required to travel to locations across states in South India. Meet sales team , partners , gather meaningful insights, analyze information and suggest rectifications. Skills & Requirements: 4+ years of experience in sales in motor insurance in agencies or with retail brokers. Knowledge of motor insurance at sub product level is must Well versed in Telugu. Knowledge of Tamil / Malayalam will be an added advantage. Strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of MS Excel is good to have.
