Role purpose:

The objective of this role is to ensure transaction quality of activities performed by HR operations team for data integrity and accuracy.The purpose of this role is to Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis for strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.

Essential

Core competencies, knowledge and experience

• Good understanding of Quality Compliance role and responsibility
• Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt (Preferable)
• Subject Matter Expert on HR Operations Processes (Preferable)
• End to End Knowledge on Quality Systems and Processes
• Good Communication Skills
• Attention to detail and Analysing Information-data
