Job Description

Procure Roles and Responsibilities

Manage raw material procurement, direct purchase, and vendor development for the auto components industry.
Read mechanical drawings and understand technical specifications to ensure accurate material selection.
Develop strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials that meet quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain operations.

Responsible for complete P2P ( procure to pay ) Mechanical equipment and spares and CAPEX.
Float RFQ/RFP to the Bidders, Follow-up and obtain competitive quotes.
Techno - Commercial Evalution, Preparation of comparative statement.
Should have knowledge in procurement of Gears & Gear boxes, Compressors , Steel , Bearings, Rolls Etc.
Well conversant with MS office , ERP , and Email Drafting.
