Deputy Manager Project Risk Issue Control

6 10 years in project risk management, controls, or project governance within EPC, renewable energy, or manufacturing industries.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive
Project Risk Register
capturing potential technical, financial, commercial, and operational risks.
Conduct
risk assessment workshops
with cross-functional teams to identify critical project risks.
Formulate
risk response strategies
avoidance, mitigation, transfer, or acceptance with defined action owners and timelines.
Integrate risk management with overall
project planning and scheduling
to assess potential schedule or cost impacts
Maintain an
Issue Log
to capture, categorize, and monitor project issues from identification to closure.
Prepare and present
risk and issue dashboards
highlighting exposure levels, trends, and resolution progress
Develop
monthly and quarterly risk reports
for management review.
Ensure all projects comply with
organizational risk management policies
, ISO standards, and contractual risk clauses.
Support development and continuous improvement of the
Project Risk Management Framework
and SOPs
