2) Conducting inspection on Finished Vehicles to meet customer requirements 3) New Projects Outgoing Vehicles Quality establishing through Quality planning & key indicators target setting with CFT team 4) FTR Validation for Part Level Changes for EN Implementation5) Analyzing defects related to quality on product using basic Quality tools6) Coordinate & provide supporting hand to customers7) Audit of various quality parameters through product audit8) Improving quality parameters like RPT, Dock audit etc9) To identify, provide & evaluate the training needs for sub-ordinates improvement/ skill up gradations /motivation10) Preparing quality MIS and attending meetings like Projects, Vehicle Show & tell meeting and Change Management11) Driving several improvement projects such as Kaizens etc and contributing to revenue savings

1) Vehicle system wise functional knowledge (Engine, Exhaust, Electrical ,Safety , HVAC , Cooling , Power train ,Brake etc)
