Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive project quality plans and procedures.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
Analyze data and metrics to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
Ensure all projects meet customer requirements and industry standards upon completion.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in project quality management with a minimum of 14 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methods, and techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with project management software and tools.
