Job Description

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project quality plans and procedures.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure all projects meet customer requirements and industry standards upon completion.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in project quality management with a minimum of 14 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methods, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working with project management software and tools.
