Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Quality Manager at ATMOS ENERGY, located in Gandhinagar. The Project Quality Manager will oversee and implement quality assurance and quality control processes throughout all phases of solar energy projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring projects meet regulatory and company standards, conducting inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and managing documentation and reporting. The role also involves coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of quality-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and development of Quality Management Systems
• Proficiency in managing documentation, reporting systems, and compliance with industry regulations
• Knowledge of solar energy project processes including design, installation, and project management
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with engineering tools, quality standards, and audit procedures
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; certifications in quality management or project management are a plus
