Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive quality control processes to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and inform quality decisions.
Train and guide staff on quality procedures and best practices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in quality management, preferably in an employment or recruitment setting.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards is desirable.
